The Ending

As mentioned in my blog post about the beginning of our music video, we wanted to make sure the story came to a good conclusion. By incorporating lip-syncing this made the lyrics more personal to Lucy. The lyrics we chose to lip sync were 'We all want a teenage fantasy, want it when we can't have it , when we got it we don't seem to want it" and that was the whole message we were trying to spread throughout the music video. Highlighting the fact that the single person wants to be in the relationship however the person who is in the relationship does not want to be. This also tells a story of how we can take things for granted and do not realise what we have until its gone. Having Lucy again to look straight into the camera at the end is very similar to the beginning allow her to be connected with the audience. This is also effective because Sam's character does not look into the camera both times which shows a disconnection away from Lucy.
